I never liked the old Fester so the new one definitely makes me want to have one now. o.o
also the colours of the new one are fantastic; one thing I hated about the old fester was that the colours looked clownish and unrealistic. I hated the old fester in general but that especially was what stood out to me. This actually makes me think of a vulture!
oh god, yes. I'm sorry but I just never liked the fester. He looked like a cartoon highschool bully. But the new one looks completely badass. Love the head-feathers.

I like the new one, but I'm not crazy about the colors. I think they should be similar to the old version. I do agree with the others here that are saying that the new version looks too much like a Twilight or Nightmare Fester. Otherwise, nice improvement.
WHOAH. This is a fantastic change, and the art looks AMAZING! Yes, yes, a thousand times yes to this. I swear, I'd own all Festers if this is implemented!

Love the new design and color scheme, but I'm not sure how I feel about the (its) right wing. Seems a little awkward to me, but I may be the only one on that.
I feel like the black and grey makes it look like, well a vulture. I imagine the Twilight would have more blue and purple. Black =/= Twilight in my head.

The Fester has always been one of my least favorite pets,but I really like the new design.Seems darker and less kid friendly,a littler more vulture like too.
Oh, and I really agree with Allegria on the Pose.

The old one always looked like a joke to me (and not in a good way), I think this is awesome! Very fierce.

UNF. The revamp is gooorgeous, but unless it's drawn in the twilight variation, I agree that the common would be best kept to browns. c: Apart from that, I got nothing. A The new look of its mohawk is amazing!
I'd have to agree with everyone, while it looks better the colouring makes it look like the twilight version. A bit confusing.
I don't really like how the head is though, the angle or something looks awkward, makes it look like it has no neck or hunching down into it's wings. It is nice though, just could use a bit of tweaking.

I'm just gonna add that I do love the color scheme, but maybe it should just be swapped in for the twilight or dusk theme :o
I will get a Fester if you do the revamp! Old one is too cartoonish looney tunes style. Love the new one.

The redraw is nice but the colors make it look sick. You should have implemented the old colors to the new art. Unless this is the twilight one.

I'm not so keen on the expression. The original looks wicked while the new one just looks angry. I also prefer the angle the original is standing at which isn't pure profile like the update. The new beak and feather details are great though.
Never liked the Fester... but this art is swaying me. I see where people are coming from on the colouring, but I actually really like it.
I think the art is a HUGE improvement! I don't see anything really wrong with it, or anything. but then again... I don't know much about birds. XD

I like the new design but I prefer the old colors. Or, more color incorporated into the new design. At least make it brown like the old one I think.

Glad the more unloved pets are getting some attention! I really like the new design, even in the light gray/black color scheme.

-If the one shown is the default, it looks very much like an Arid pet, or a twilight one? Somewhere in between them.
-Is the (viewer's) right foot oddly positioned to anyone else? I'm no expert with bird anatomy.
-The streak of yellow near the eye is cool, but I almost feel like it should be somewhere else on the bird as well.
Overall though, I am putting my vote behind this revamp. SUPERB and MUCH NEEDED.. applauds

Wow this is really an improvement!! I'm very fond of birds, but I never liked the Fester. The new one is a billion times greater =) If the other forms are like this prototype, I'd consider to adopt one in the futere. Thumbs up up up^^
