There was a small error with Melody's Cottage from 12:00 to 12:03 AM that did not give out Happy Luminaire Lights and Frozen Orbs. We have fixed the issue and have given both items to all users that visited Melody in the time. Please check your inventory for the items!
As always, if you received duplicates from Melody or from the item give out, please delete the extra ones. :)

If you wrongfully received the Melody Regular 2012 achievement and Essence Of Melody, please file a ticket so a UA can assist you. Note that the achievement is only attainable for visiting Melody every day from the 1st to the 25th. There was an error that caused some users to receive it today, the 26th, as their 25th visit.

Despite hardships in his workshop, Vanya is still willing to accept orders for the seven newest nostalgic toys and pets available from Thimble & Co. These are the cadogre, chelon, escalade, feli, hikei, kora, and sheeta. As always, the Token Shop has received a small shipment of instructions for those of you who just can't wait!

Hallo again, leetle ones. So many people have stopped by to help me with repairing, it brings a tear to my eyes. Still, though, things are coming alive and destroying our hard vork. I will be needing even more help today. Maybe for many more days. I hope there is still time...
Melody says to me it is problem with fairy magic, and that there is nurse who is helping sick fairies. Once they are being well, they can come and absorb all of this magic that is floating around, so please bring all the fairies you can to Nurse Margo. I worry - maybe when there is no more furniture to destroy, these toys move on to the house, and it is very cold weather here!

Melody again! Thank you for helping me out by bringing fairies to my cottage. Unfortunately, examining the fairies only confirmed my suspicions - something is terribly wrong. These fairies seem to be very sick, and are losing magic at a startling rate! With all this raw magic floating around, it\'s no wonder things are going crazy- poor Vanya\'s toys must be absorbing more than their normal share, and are coming to life unexpectedly.
We\'ll have to do our best to get these fairies in tip-top shape if we want things to get back to normal. Nurse Margo has set up a field medical station here in a tent. Please bring any fairies you find straight to her for treatment, as well as any medical supplies that you can spare; The fate of Lumineve may depend on it!

Hi, everyone! It's been a crazy couple of days, hasn't it? So crazy, I had to break off my standing engagement with the Darkheart Phantom a little early. He's a sweet boy, but really needs to invest in some locks if he plans to turn this kidnapping thing into a serious career.
Vanya is still trying to clean up his workshop. The poor man is so worried about getting his toys out in time for everyone, but I know that once this mess is sorted out, he'll be able to pull through with a little Luminaire spirit. I hear something new has been running amok today, so stop by and lend him a hand if you have time.
Speaking of this mess, I think I might have an inkling of what is going on here... It needs a bit more investigation, but... Have you noticed that the snow fairies seem to be a bit more scarce this year? Normally, I can see them softly glowing in the trees this time of year, but it seems the trees have lost their sparkle for the moment.
If you happen to find any captured snow fairies, please bring them by my cottage. There's something I need to look into.

What a lot of excitement we are having at the vorkshop. I mean in a bad way, though. Today, another creature is showing up, and causing a lot of problems! It is almost seeming like it is one of my own toys, but that is silly. So many orders have backed up that I am already needing to ask friends and family to help catch up on the vork. It will be impossible to be finishing all of these toys before Lumineve if these things keep happening.
If you have time, please come by the vorkshop and help to clear out these unwanted guests.

December isn\'t only about nostalgic pets. Since Vanya is a little preoccupied right now, perhaps you can be tempted by these other seasonal pets! You\'ll have plenty of choices. We have the revamped angelic feli and telenine, a new glacier dragarth, a revamped reborn pherret, and finally the revamped chibi lasirus and serpenth and a new chibi popoko. Enjoy!

Hallo, leetle ones. Have you heard story of shoemaker and elves? Probably many have, but I vill telling short version for everyone else.
Once time, there vas shoemaker. He vas vorking very hard to make money, but he is having so many projects, he does not have time to finish them all. You maybe are not knowing this, but shoemaking is hard work! You must cut pieces for sides and bottom, glue them, sew them, make sure shoe is proper shape. Many steps, and many details! Poor shoemaker is falling asleep before he is done vorking, but when he vake up in the morning time, all vork is done.
This happens a few more times, and so he has clever idea to leave vork unfinished. He spies at his vorkbench, and sees that leetle elves come out in the night time to help him vith his vork. The version of story I know has some good, some bad: shoemaker leaves more and more vork for leetle elves and makes much money, and elves thinking "this is bad man, we are helping, but he does no vork of his own" and leave him. Shoemaker learns very important lesson about rewards of hard vork.
Point is, I have been noticing strange things in my vorkshop these last nights. I have not seen any elves, I am not crazy man, but still something strange is happening. I leave out parts for new pet to sew in the morning? They are moved, or some parts being missing! Today, I finish varnishing parts for malticorn. I leave them to drying, get cocoa, and when I come back they have been thrown in the fireplace!
Maybe you can come and look around in my vorkshop, see if you are noticing anything strange?

I just wanted to provide you with an update on the sMail situation. We have a backup from June that I'm restoring all of the messages from. Since the newest deleted messages were from April, nothing will be missing, but you might end up with some extras that you'd deleted since June.
I'm in the process of restoring the backup to one of our cloud servers so I can get everything from it, but it does take a while to do. The entire database copy (more than 50 GB of data) has to be restored, not just the table I'm getting data from.
So it's going to take some time. But it will be done, I promise! :)

The Lakeview Resort in Veta Lake has been given an update, removing all of those annoying pages to get your pets into the resort.
Also, a new perk for Gold Account users is the ability to put all of your pets into the resort at once!
Whoops! Melody gave a few users (cough 300+ to be exact) the "Cold Shoulder" treatment.
If you received a Cold Shoulder from Melody today and it has not been replaced with a Peppermini Bows in your inventory, be sure to file a ticket to have it corrected! The third item for today was supposed to be the Peppermini Bows.
