You did it, battlers! Together, you chipped away at Hydragellos so fiercely and relentlessly that it's decided to go back to whatever hellscape it hails from rather than deal with you anymore! With it have gone all of the smaller gelatins, including the new Gelatin Stompers (which, I discovered a little too late, have VERY sticky fingers -- I'm pretty sure they made off with half my stock).
As promised, I have personally retrieved a Hydragellos Maniacal Core for each and every battler who achieved at least 5 million damage against Hydragellos this past week -- no easy feat, as there were a lot of you! I've also collected some other rewards I think you'll enjoy. I'm in the process of double-checking my list now, and I'll get those prizes out to you within the next couple of days. Thank you again for helping keep Subeta safe!

Due to the recent lag the past few days, we’ve decided to extend the Quest-A-Thon by one day. That means you have until 11:59pm on August 28th to get 1,000,000 quests done. The weekend quests and possibly retired holiday items will also last until the end!

The air squadron has arrived! A good umbrella should shield you from dripping gelatin, but it won't be much use against those slimy falling boulders. Take these guys out while you have the chance!
For the remainder of the Quest-A-Thon, all quests will act like weekend quests! If you're lucky, you might even get a few retired holiday items.
Note: If the Quest-A-Thon goal isn't met at the end, we will reuse the prizes for a future Quest-A-Thon with an adjustment to the goal or days.

Do you feel the ground shaking? Do you hear that wet squishing sound? THE GELATINS ARE COMING!
...Or the GELATIN, I should say. Normally when these things invade, the first thing I hear is the disgusting noise of thousands of mini gelatins sliding across the land, but something's different this time. I can hear the minis, of course, but they're faint, farther off in the distance. This thing out in front... it's heavy. Massive. I think it's Hydragellos... and I think it's been working out. Doing some core strength exercises, if you will! I know, I'm hilarious.
I don't want to discourage anybody here, but I have a feeling that we're not going to be able to take this thing down completely this time. With any luck, though, we can make its stay in Subeta so miserable that it won't stick around for longer than a week. Tell you what: as motivation, I'll personally retrieve a Hydragellos Maniacal Core from the beast for each and every battler who manages to do 5 million damage to it by the end of August 30. Don't worry if you can't hit that total; I'll still scrounge up some other rewards for you based on total damage dealt, and you can of course hack away at any smaller gelatins to see what kind of loot you can knock out of their jiggly insides!
WE CAN DO THIS, battlers! Now come on, let's show that gelatinous beast who's boss!

The hydrus kumos has shaken off its old coat and now comes fresh and dripping from the ocean with this brand new look! Dare you seek out Merana to "bless" your pet?
With so many years under the threat of Merana, the Islanders had all but forgotten the legendary beast Atzoatlchu. Used to living in and around the water, Atzoatlchu had retreated when Merana was imprisoned in the surrounding ocean. The Islanders grew old and had many children, relatively safe and happy and without the knowledge of the beast-that-drowns. With the sea witch gone, however, Atzoatlchu has returned to his old hunting grounds.
Atzoatlchu must be defeated. He uses a fifth paw at the end of his tail to snatch and drag victims into the deep, and has a particular taste for fingernails and teeth. Save yourself and those around you from a watery grave! Grab the Dredged Up Stone Idol from the Cash Shop today and help protect the Islanders and bring them to peace once again!
Bloody Shark Jaw will retire on September 1st.

The Quest-A-Thon has officially started! You have until 11:59pm on August 27th to complete 1,000,000 quests.
During this time, you will need to complete quests from the following quest givers to have them count: Carl, Cinthia, Mori or Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Sarah, and The Wizard. Just a reminder that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver and Gold Account users can complete 15 quests.
Sarah's quests now have a limit of 1,500,000 sP (and new users who signed up less than six months ago can do her quests regardless of sP!). Saggitarius requires you to have at least 1,500,000 sP to do his quests. Before this, the requirements for each quest didn't meet and were a bit on the lower end.
Just a reminder that if the goal is completed, everyone that has participated will receive 1 new pet slot, the forum title "Sir Quest A Lot", 5 Raffle Tickets, and 1 Referral point.

Hello designers, voters and avid bystanders! We've had a good pore over each of your entries for the contest and we were absolutely blown away by your ideas and designs.
We've made a selection of 6 entries that we feel fit in with the direction we would like to take on the Beanbag Shop NPC. This doesn't necessarily mean that any of the entries weren't deserving or wonderful - they just weren't the right fit for Subeta at this time.
That being said, we got a clear idea of what kinds of characters users feel are being underrepresented on site, and we will endeavor to bring many more of the ideas given in this competition into the site's future lore-making. We hear you!

There is a new Reward Card available to fill out! Remember that for each stamp you will earn Loyalty Points (LP) in ascending value to spend in the loyalty shop - stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points and so forth. Completing a card awards you 5 bonus LP, bringing the total for completing a card to 60LP.
You can fill this card up twice! You will get the same amount of points for filling out each card, so in total you have a chance of getting 120LP. You can spend these points in the Loyalty Shop.
If you’re unsure if you’re on your first or second card, check out your current level. Levels 0-10 are for the first card, 11-20 are for the second card.

Yup. This is a call for bugs, from a Bug. I'm finally ready to tackle all the wardrobe bugs that have plagued us for the past many months, but there are a lot and they're scattered all over the forums. I've been working on those zapper adjustments for the new experiment-turned-pets, but I just can't seem to get rid of the abomination setting that's creating monsters like this chibi #8001 or chibi #4423. Oh well, soon enough you can deal with hundreds of creepy eyes watching your every move and the blob from your worst nightmares! Until then, maybe these will make nice paperweights or something.
