Tigrean Revamp + Spectrum/Blacklight Irion






The basic tigreans have been updated based on your feedback. The bloodred, chibi, and darkmatter versions have also been updated to match. Thanks for your help!







But we aren't done! It's been a revamp-heavy month, why not have a brand new pet, like the spectrum and blacklight irion?

Hi everyone! I hope you've all been enjoying all the spring cleaning that's been going on over the last few weeks. Everyone around here has been working very hard, and I hope it's showing!



In an effort to address neglected areas of the Subeta universe, I've been running regular contests across our social media sites. We're currently having a spring themed HA contest on Facebook. Entries are due tomorrow night (May 22nd) at midnight Subeta time.



We'll be having other contests on our Twitter, Tumblr, and Google+ accounts over the summer (and beyond?) as well. There will be a wide variety of contests, so if the current one isn't really your style, don't worry, there are many more to come! From contests as simple as reblogging posts, to as complex as having to craft tangible works of art for entries, something should suit you!



Make sure to keep an eye on these sites so you don't miss a chance at winning CSC or other items!

Item Rarities Notice!

Hi guys! Ariel and I are working on a rather large project with one simple goal: reduce the clutter in rarity 150! We are trying to break down rarities to be a lot more helpful to everyone.



So don't be surprised if you see some items getting moved around to different rarities, like 165 changing from Redeemable Wigs to Genetech Combos.



We are trying to get this done as quickly as possible, but like I mentioned it's a large project. There are still 8500+ items to dig through so please bear with us!

Inactive Account Checks
Hi everyone! The Customer Service & Support department would like to share a small announcement.



Effective immediately, staff will no longer be performing inactive account checks.



If you wish to know when an account will become inactive and the username available for reuse, please check the account's profile page. When an account reaches 10 months of inactivity, a notice will appear at the top of the profile stating the date/time at which the account will be considered inactive. Once the account has reached 1 year of inactivity the notice will be changed to indicate that the account is inactive and the username is available to be used.



Please note that pet profiles will not show the inactive countdown and will only show the pet's name being available for reuse once the account the pet is on has gone inactive.



If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to create a ticket. Thank you!
