Have you been waiting for the annual arrival of Morostide pets? Feast your eyes on this display! In bloodred we have revamps of the donadak, montre, and telenine as well as the all new bhakoru and xotl! There are two new graveyard pets: the bhakoru and priggle. Stay safe, everyone!

There is a new random event that hands out the Morty Card, which allows you to increase your interest by 1% for a month! This effect does not stack, so you can only have one morty card enabled at a time!

All of its old specimens escaped from the cage, so the Feral Accessory Trunk has replaced them with brand new items! The price of the trunk has also increased to ensure better caging. We want the Cash Shop to be wild, but not that wild ;)
This is a friendly reminder to all users on Subeta that tracing has always been and will always be against the rules, whether it is in regard to custom items, overlays, or original art and items for sale.
While we do understand that tracing is a great way for beginner artists to learn, it does not have a place on Subeta when it comes to making a profit off your work, whether digital money or real life currency is involved. This is in the rules that you, as a user, agree to every time you play Subeta:

Please note, tracing differs from using a reference! We allow and even encourage the use of references, especially for anatomy issues, but tracing any part of a photograph, comic, movie, or original piece of art is against Subeta's rules. Tracing can and will end up with your account getting frozen.
There has been confusion lately over what qualifies as a 'reference' and what qualifies as 'tracing'. In the simplest of terms - the moment you take another person's work and literally draw over it, it is tracing and therefor a freezable offense. There is no 'middle ground' with this rule: whether a few clouds are traced or an entire background, it is still against the rules.
Also, on another note - we always encourage artists, especially those doing custom wearables, to be respectful of other peoples' original art! If you see a design for clothing, creatures, or worlds on someone's personal DeviantArt, website, Etsy, or tumblr, we highly discourage using this for your own custom items. In cases like this, the 'four changes' rule should definitely still apply, but again, we discourage this altogether. Many of these types of pictures or outfits were created by someone who put a lot of their heart, soul, and personal creative energy into the item, and that should be respected! Please use common sense and your best judgement when it comes to this sort of thing.
We always enjoy looking at your custom submissions, so please take care in making sure everything you submit is original and not traced! Thanks for your understanding on these issues.

To celebrate Morostide, the Holiday Shop has released some new items. They have even brought back some old favorites.
It's that time of year ago, Jaxon Skelly has opened his Pumpkin Patch to all of the citizens of Subeta! Be on the lookout for his newest lost minion, Eater and of course, the always elusive Snowflaik. Also, be on the lookout for Jaxon's sour attitude. He really wants you there, I promise.
Euclid over at the Pet Zapper V2 is conducting a few experiments this year... on you. He figures if you're missing an arm or have tentacles growing out of you know where you wouldn't look out of place with all of the other trick or treaters! Make sure to pay him a visit if you are into that sort of thing. Dr. Ian Asmodeus has also been kind enough to provide the base of a remedy if you should need one.
Make sure to check out your friends houses (links on profiles!) to trick or treat (or toss a roll of TP or egg on their house ;)) for special items. And remember, for every 5 people that trick or treat at your house, you get an item too!
The Trick or Treat @ Keith (tot=]) feature is still available for linking to your profile around the site as well as the ability to add a billboard that links directly to your profile.
Also, be on the lookout for the Pumpkin on the Vine floating around the site! If you carve it, you'll have new pumpkins to add to your Pumpkin Collection!

EDIT: Due to extenuating circumstances, there will not be a second Hydragellos, but a return of the first one at some point on Friday. I know that may sound confusing to some of you. It means that means everyone who battled earlier will be able to battle again, and the total damage will be cumulative. Enjoy taking him down when it returns! :)

In order to change with fashion trends, Esmerelda at the Subeautique has changed the way that you purchase her wares!
Now you can find a Subeautique Invitation while wandering around the site, which when redeemed, gives you access to the current items that Esmerelda is selling (which change frequently!). You can also sell the invitation instead of redeeming it!
Each invitation will get you one item in the boutique, so make sure you get something you want!
She still charges an arm and a leg for her clothes though, so don't expect any discounts!

I know that we don\'t really get political here on Subeta, but it is 35 days until the election. If you are over 18 and live in America, please register to vote. I know that a lot of young people feel like their vote doesn\'t count, or it\'s just going to be another four years in washington where they aren\'t heard, but the only way to fix that is by making your voice heard and voting for the politicians you want in office. The impact that a local office like state senator, governor, or mayor can make is incredible, and you should learn about the choices you have in your community.
