After years of overrun aisles that weren't to code, the Food Market has branched out! They've opened a sister store, Quick Bites, which serves every kind of prepared food you can--but might not want to--imagine. So come on down to our grand opening I guess.



Both stores have changed some recipes and are looking better than ever! Be sure to keep an eye out for new tasty treats and ingredients from both establishments later today.

CW Pawn Shop




The items in the custom wearable pawn shop will now lower in price the longer they sit in the pawn shop.



There is still a price minimum of 300CSC though, Jeremy won't let anything part for lower than he paid!



Note: When this was posted, there were about 15 minutes where the pricing hadn't caught up yet. If you purchased an item during this time priced at 300 and were charged the full 500CSC please file a ticket!

sMail Phishing: Part Two
Sorry for the news spam, everyone, but I thought this was important enough since people who\'d already checked the news wouldn\'t get a new notification about an edit!



In addition to changing your password and setting up a PIN, if you think you may have been compromised by the phishing sMail, you should run a malware/virus scan on your computer! It seems the phishing website may be able to install malware on your computer!

Please be careful if you receive any out of the ordinary sMails tonight (or ever, really). Someone is going around sending sMails with a phishing link in it posing as a giveaway forum topic (though I would not be surprised if they changed it up some after seeing this news post!). We are taking all the measures we can to keep this from happening and to remove the sMails before you even see them, but be cautious!



If you do click on any links that lead you to a page asking you to input your username and password, your first step should always be to check the URL in your address bar to make sure it is really Subeta! If it is not, do not enter any of your information!



If you think you may have been a victim of this phishing attack, please change your password as soon as possible, and think about setting up a PIN to protect your account!

Hello, are you still there? The challenger testing initiative would like to thank you for your cooperation in troubleshooting our next battle challenger. This turret seems to be a bit defective, and should be decommissioned immediately. Unfortunately, we don't have any combustible lemons on hand, so you'll need to work out the exact logistics of decommission on your own.

Well, things are winding down here, and I\'ve finally perfected my last sticker and it\'s ready in the Token Shop. You guys have really run me dry, but I found some more boxes of the entire collection in my garage earlier. As the convention is clearing this weekend and things are a bit less hectic, I\'ll have them all available for sale again, so don\'t fret if you\'re still missing that last piece!

While these games will not provide any EPICon points, each of the themed challengers you can face in the arena have special loot of their own to collect!

Featured Game: Mazes and Mahars!
Is it that time already? Today makes the final weekend of EPICon, and our final game release, an extra special blast from the past. No doubt some of you remember the playable demo of Mazes and Mahars that was available at EPICon 2010. Well, EPICon 2013 has another big announcement - unfortunately, production for Mazes and Mahars has been halted indefinitely, and the game likely won't be going into production.



JUST KIDDING! What kind of announcement would that make!? EPICon 2013, in partnership with our sponsor, Magicians of the Mesa, is proud to announce the full release of Mazes and Mahars!



What a way to end this year's convention! Be sure to collect your points from this much-anticipated game, as well as your bonus points from any of our previous games. You can earn 10 EPICon points for playing a single game of Mazes and Mahars (that's right, a single game), and an additional 10 bonus points for a win! Even better, for this last weekend you can play any combination of your favorite games to earn those 70 daily points. Knock yourself out!



If you're not too distracted by all of the glitzy foil cards, be sure to spare a vote for fellow con goers in the Cosplay Contest, but make sure you do so before the convention hall closes at midnight!

As EPICon winds down, let's revisit one of Subeta's older offerings, Mystic Spindles! This game of organization is sure to help us clear out the clutter in our brains after memorizing the rules for so many different games over these last few weeks! If you manage to get the gears of your brain especially well oiled and complete an intermediate, hard or very hard game, there are some bonus points with your name on them!



As always you can earn bonus points for playing any selection of our previously featured games, and the contestants in the Cosplay Contest are counting on you to help get them to the top spot!

Featured Game: Saheric Slide!
If your head's still spinning from the rush of the Ytivan slopes, you might find our next game a bit calmer (though it may be just as hard on your noggin). Our next featured game is yet another that hails from Saherimos and has managed to remain popular over the ages: Saheric Slide!



You can earn an EPICon point for each puzzle you solve, and additional bonus point if that puzzle is 4x4 or harder! Good luck if you're attempting the 6x6; try not to wear out those mosaic pieces (or yourself) if you feel like giving it a shot!



If this puzzle has you stumped, you can still earn points by playing any of our previously featured games! And again, don't forget to vote for your favorites in the cosplay contest!

Featured Game: Cybill Sledding!
Our next destination isn't any warmer than the last, but it's sure to be just as fun! Shed your mechanical wings for real wings, and get ready to go Cybill Sledding! Though the game is especially popular among local children, there is no age limit for enjoying an exhilarating ride.



It just so happens that Vanya is an old pro at the game. I can't blame him; I'd want to join in too after watching the children play outside his workshop! If you can beat his high score of 10,000 points, you can earn up to 10 bonus EPICon points! If not, you can still earn up to 10 points for doing your best.



As always, you can head to the game gallery to play any of our past featured games for even more points, and don't forget to vote for your favorites in the Cosplay Contest. Your fellow costumed con-goers are counting on you!

Featured Game: Flight Simulator!
I hope you wore sunscreen over the weekend while playing those desert games, or we're going to have a lot of reddish, grouchy people around here! Hopefully the cold void of space will be enough to soothe them, because it's back to Atebus today for our featured game, Flight Simulator. You might be a generation behind, but it's not too late to test your mettle against the treacherous pirates of Atebus!



I never would have expected it, but apparently Inspector Thorpe is pretty skilled at this game. He didn't want to cooperate, but we managed to pull up his old high score of 2,000. Kick his butt to earn some bonus points, as well as some personal satisfaction!



Rack up those extra 70 points by playing your favorite combination of our previously featured games. The cosplay contest is still in full swing, so make sure to support the participants with vote or two, though you'll want to get all your votes in by Friday!

Featured Game: Caliph's Tomb
Are you ready to shake all the sand from your crevices after that trip to the desert? Well, too bad, because you'll have to stick around for a bit to play our next game, Caliph's Tomb. This will our featured game for today, as well as over the weekend.



Originally played with precious coins, this game has been adapted to be used with cards. Unlike the Saheric Trade Princes, we don't all have gold and gems laying around, am I right? There are 10 points to be earned from playing, and 10 additional points to be earned if you're willing to take on Sephora. Be warned; she's had a lot of practice during slow seasons at her shop, so you'll have to match or beat her score of 18 cards cleared. Can you break down the Caliph's Tomb and earn some riches for yourself?



Once you're done earning your daily points in the game hall, be sure to spare a few votes for the Cosplay Contest.

Featured Game: Memory!
We've really gone around the world (and sometimes to the moon) and back again with all of these games, haven't we? Today is going to be no different, with another classic from the Saherimos, Memory. Matching up the characters on these tiles to earn 10 points is sure to be a breeze for all of you clever people out there.





Not only that, but Blake Steele is practically an expert at this game (what did you think he had been doing out there in that desert all this time?). If you can beat his high score of 20 guesses, there are 10 bonus points in it for you and a free Steele Excavations Shovel (just kidding, you probably have 9 of them in your vault already)!
